Vintage West Highland White Terrier Dog And Puppies On Chain Bisque. These are very old very sweet and some of the color on the Hat is worn off they are definitely super duper sweet especially if you like westies. Could not find another one out there to get any information about this from but it's a very chalky bisque type material. The mother dog measures about 4 in tall.
