This adorable ornament is new (never owned) but vintage (dates from approximately 2002-2006).
It is from an online pet boutique's remaining inventory after it closed.
This item has been carefully stored and has never been on display.
It is made of polymer clay, and is stamped CECILE on the back and is also signed by the artist.
The artist Cecile Baird made charming and whimsical figurines, pins/brooches, ornaments, Christmas cards, and probably many other items that I am not aware of.  I first saw her work for sale at dog shows.
Size:  Approximately 4.25" tall including the halo and 1" wide at base
Comes with thin gold cord for hanging.
Does not come in a gift box, but will be carefully packed for protection while shipping.
Shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
